For schools, PTAs/PTOs & family-engagement teams

Give every school paper a dependable route home.

School communication only works when the handoff survives backpacks, busy evenings, multiple caregivers, and changing schedules. The School Paper Reset gives families one simple route they can keep using after the event ends.

No school endorsement required. No student data collected. Programs are quoted by format, quantity, and destination.

A systems problem—not a motivation problem

Families do not need another reminder to “stay organized.”

They need a small, visible handoff that answers three questions: Where does the paper land? Who owns the next action? When is the loop actually closed?

The workshop demonstrates that route with ordinary school examples: permission slips, event dates, forms, records, artwork, and communication across caregivers.

Three ways to begin

Start at the size your community can support.

Every option begins with a short fit conversation. Final quotes account for audience size, book quantity, delivery destination, and whether the session is live or recorded.

What parents leave with

A working route—not a folder full of advice.

In one session, families practice the handoff using examples they already recognize. The system is deliberately paper-first, low-tech, and adaptable across household structures.

A pilot worth measuring

Three signals. One month.

1

Parent confidence

Can families name where action papers land and when the weekly reset happens?

2

Routine adoption

How many participating households used the reset at least twice?

3

Host usefulness

Did the school or PTA find the program clear, appropriate, and repeatable?
